What we collect
The free chart is calculated in your browser. When you request a paid report, we receive the date or dates, product, locale, currency, email, required permission records and order identifiers. If you choose Telegram delivery, the bot receives your chat identifier and binds it to your order. We do not need your name, identity document or payment-card details.
Why we use it
Order information is used to prepare, provide and support the requested digital report and to maintain necessary transaction records. Optional analytics uses a separate consent choice. Marketing is not bundled into checkout consent. The seller is responsible for the applicable lawful bases and the accuracy of the controller information above.
Who processes the information
The service uses Vercel hosting and private file storage, Neon database storage, Stripe payments and Resend email delivery. Anthropic receives numerical chart positions and neutral labels to prepare prose, not raw dates, email or chat identifiers. Telegram receives delivery information only when you connect it. Meta Threads is used for the brand’s own public content; customer orders are never content subjects. Processors may operate outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards must be maintained by the seller.
Cookies and optional analytics
Security and order-session cookies support forms, checkout and private order access. Optional first-party attribution and usage analytics require a separate choice. They can connect a consented visit to an order campaign for up to seven days. Without that consent, current-link campaign information may accompany the order as disclosed, but no marketing visitor cookie or fingerprint is created. Private report pages, dates, emails and report links are excluded from analytics.
How long we keep it
Unpaid draft personal information is removed after 24 hours. Paid report content, dates, email and associated PDF access are retained for 90 days after payment, then removed according to the deletion workflow. Raw optional event details are retained for up to 90 days before aggregation or deletion. Minimal transaction records may have a separate legal retention period. A deletion request is assessed against any required recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
Use the published contact address for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection requests, where applicable. You can withdraw optional analytics consent through the site’s analytics control without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where GDPR applies, you may complain to a competent supervisory authority. Do not send a full payment-card number or password with a request.
Other people’s dates and private links
Use a partner’s date only with appropriate permission, and submit a child’s date only as their parent or legal guardian. Reports do not diagnose children or rank their abilities. Treat a private report URL as confidential and share it only with people you intend to grant access. If a link is exposed, contact the seller to revoke it.
Financial record retention
The seller’s applicable financial-record retention period must be published before live sales begin. It does not extend the storage of birth dates or report content.
