1. A digital reading for reflection
Matrytsia provides symbolic numerology charts and written interpretations. The selected product determines the included sections. A complete order includes a private web report and a PDF, with email delivery when available. These are entertainment and reflection tools, not verified assessments or professional advice.
2. Dates and permission
Purchasers must be at least 18. Enter accurate dates and an email you control. Couple readings require two adults and permission to use the partner’s date. A family reading requires a parent or legal guardian’s date, a child’s date and guardian authorization. Do not submit other people’s data without appropriate authority.
3. One payment and a clear total
The selected currency and total are shown before you leave for secure Stripe Checkout. Purchases are one-time, with no subscription. The optional personal-and-money bundle is unticked by default and replaces the personal product with one combined report. Eligible wallets depend on your browser, device and payment provider. Test payments are not real purchases.
4. Preparation and delivery
Preparation begins after verified payment. We aim to send the report within two minutes under normal operation; provider outages, invalid addresses and technical interruptions can take longer. A checkout return page alone does not prove payment. Your status page distinguishes report readiness from email delivery. If email is unavailable, a ready report can still be opened from your authorized order session.
5. Access and corrections
The private report link and PDF are available for 90 days after payment. Download a copy if you need it later. Keep the link private: it grants access without an account. Contact the seller promptly about an incorrect date or email. An already generated report is based on the data submitted; any correction or refund is handled under the applicable policy and statutory rights.
6. Immediate digital supply and consumer rights
Checkout asks you to request preparation immediately after payment. This request does not override rights that applicable law grants you. The seller’s final policy must explain any valid digital-content withdrawal exception before live sales are enabled. Refund requests, failed delivery and duplicate payments are handled as described in the refund policy. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
